El 6 de abril de 2021, en Waging am See (Baviera), falleció el profesor Gerhard Schricker, insigne industrialista, director durante treinta años del Instituto Max Planck de Múnich sobre Derecho industrial y miembro del Consejo científico de Actas de Derecho Industrial y Derecho de Autor.
