Abstract
This study analyzes the legal assistance provided to municipalities by certain entities specifically authorized by law. After a brief overview of this type of assistance and its legal framework, the study identifies the entities authorized to provide it, outlines the scope of the assistance, and examines aspects of access, delivery, and funding. The discussion of these latter issues is based on the regulations governing legal assistance adopted by several service providers (see appendix).Downloads
