Resumen

El estudio distingue entre algoritmos predictivos, orientativos y sustitutivos, centrando el análisis en los orientativos. Examina los criterios de “calidad del dato” (relevancia, representatividad, ausencia de errores y completitud) y sus aporías en la justicia civil, junto con los límites de disponibilidad y confidencialidad. Propone la noción de “precedente consuetudinario” algorítmico.
