About the Journal

The Italian-Spanish Journal of Procedure Law (RIEDP) is an open access editorial site, half-yearly publicated, for papers that seek to advance the field of procedure law, in particular by discussing innovative ideas with a view to improve and amend the legal proceedings in both civil and criminal matters.

The Journal publishes papers in Spanish, Italian and English.

The Journal is run by a group of Spanish and Italian professors with proven expertise in the field and that are also part of its Editorial Board.
