Abstract

This article examines the consequences for the development of the jurisdictional activity of doubling the number of judges of the General Court, according to Regulation 2015/2422. These consequences are not limited to the activity of the General Court, the direct addressee of the reform. They also affect the Court of Justice, whose workload will grow substantially as a result of the increase in the jurisdictional activity of the General Court.
